With the development of computer technology, communication technology, intellectual control technology,Newbrp can integrate process automatic distributed control system (DCS) adopting upper computer,configuration inspection, multi CPU and real time control, PLC as well as process technologies, to accomplish process control and real time automatic control function of industrial production line, on the basis of field bus control technology. Newbrp has successively applied these technologies in rod & bar rolling line, full continuous cold rolling mill and pickling rolling mill, reversible cold rolling mill, cold/hot continuous rolling mill,shot flow continuous rolling hot delivery system, pickling line, hot galvanizing line, color coating plate production line, chromatic steel line, shearing production line, drawing bending line, tunnel test device and packing production line and so on.
Electric power semi-conductor parts of apparatus:
Newbrp applies high power thyristor production technology introduced from ASEA, Sweden (Now is ABB), the technologies for which includes its making technology, full crimping the high power component without stress for production equipment and testing apparatus. The consistency references of such component benefit from non-stress, positive and negative angles, cold crimping principle. The outer package adopted cold pressure welding technology, and with extremely pure inert gas inside that has been dried out. The technical performance index of the technology holds out a long term stability and prolongs reliability and service life for this kind of component, so, it also improves the stability and reliability of the rectifying unit.

Cubicle structural making:
The structural used now selects the MNS type imported from BBC (Now is ABB), the structure of which is framework, split assembling, and further more using international practices of module 25mm, C profile, integer times based cubicle according to 25mm to different dimensions. The spray plastic technology is adopted on the surfaces of side, front and back doors. The kind of cubicle uses 2∼3mm cold rolling plate that has been cut via foreign digital shear、punched by numerical controlled multi-stationary processing center、bended through digital bender and galvanized with white zinc. Enforced rib is applied inside the door of cubicle in the technique spot welding without trace, introduced from Italy.
